It was mixed results for Oxfordshire teams this last weekend. Keeping up their winning ways, Abingdon Eagles U16 National Leaguers easily beat MK Trojans in the National Cup and look forward to a tough game in Round 3 vs Premier League team Oakland Wolves on Sunday. This means the Eagles are unbeaten in the League and Cup so far this season. It was also a first win for the Oxford Hoops U18s who beat Bracknell Cobras 58-71. The OBA has announced an exciting series of junior basketball initiatives for the summer. Four Saturdays in June and July will be filled with the sounds of bouncing balls, the squeak of boots and the swish of the net as another basket is notched up. The fun-filled tournaments will take place at venues across Oxfordshire for boys and girls of all ages. Two teams - Abingdon Eagles and Thame Tigers - have already signed up for all four tournaments and the OBA is inviting other O

OCBL Finals Day on the 28th April saw 6 of the best teams in the area match up in the finals of 3 end of season competitions.
